A month or so ago, I came across this A&W warning and thought nothing of it until a few weeks ago I experienced it myself. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed this guy who reeked of body odor so bad that I had to step away. Moments later, I smelt that exact same stench and to my surprise, he was right beside me. At that point, I couldn’t help but question how something like this is allowed in a food service environment. Are there no hygiene standards? Do coworkers or management not address this? I got the manager special which I believe was a mama burger combo for a reduced price as well as a kids meal for my son. Food was good. No complaints. The modern food court has many places to sit and eat. Thank you.

I got a veggie combo today. The Guy preparing my order in the kitchen did not use gloves or tongs to add veggies. This is really unhygienic. Just some seconds before he was at the front touching randomly everywhere and later after taking my order he straight went to the kitchen and started preparing the order without washing his hands or using gloves. When i asked the girl to ask him to wear gloves atleast, she replied we are not supposed to wear gloves inside the kitchen. What kinda hygiène is it?

Was doing a family takeout night at markville and saw the ad showing on the monitor for the ‘56 burger, which I wanted to try, so I came here as it looked good The patties were juicy and the buns soaked up the sauce nicely. I find that making combos at a&w quite pricey, so I went for the basic root beer and fries. Always have to have a root beer when coming to a&w, cuz it’s a&w!
