I went through the drive thru and order a snack wrap fill up meal and asked for it to be fresh.. then when I got home I took one bite and it was so tough the chicken had to have sat there for a long time and the tortilla didn't even stay wrapped it fell all apart.. the fries were cold and also taste like them were leftovers and sitting for long time.. want even busy in there and I am beyond disappointed..it usually is good but that staff that was on tonight is not the one that makes it fresh and tasty.. my friend even got chicken and it was so dry I thought it was chicken jerky.. so disappoint

I was really impressed by how friendly the staff was and on the deals going on right now. The food was absolutely fantastic especially when it came to the crispy fries. Highly recommend there going and buying their family bucket feast!!

Food was delish , service was very slow, orderd a boneless bucket (was in seperate containers) never seen that before , and 2 big crunch’s my bill was 65$ ??? The fries were soggy and zero salt or spices ….. every other kfc i goto has new fries with spice ☺️ the owner might wanna look into why this place is run diff then all the others , next time i will goto the kfc on dunmore road … quaility and quantity is much better ….. 🤟🤟
