A++++ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 💯% the BEST in taste, service, and pricing. This location along the highway is such a convenient drop in spot. It has a drive thru for easy convenience; dining room inside is exceptionally clean and updated. Option for outside seating as well. Lot’s of parking; wheelchair accessible. I am so impressed with how well made each sub is that I have from this location & how friendly the staff are (well owned/managed). Absolutely 100% service, and made my day better!. Start with busy women, asked me very friedly that she was busy and asked me to grab drinks for other order, i was super upset! Like whats going on i dont know her and asked me to grab something for her order?? I get it she was alone,busy and only 1 worker could be sick call or whatever but asked me nicely!! But Later the way she served me and made my sub was super delicious! I got what i want and walked out with good food!! The team at the Redcliff Drive location was so easy to work with. We had a large team order for our Thunder softball team. The order was ready on time and they were so accommodating when drinks needed to be substituted. So friendly and polite upon pickup and a staff member assisted me to my vehicle so I didn’t have to make two trips. Excellent service!

I experienced an exceptionally slow drive-through service, waiting nearly 15 minutes. The staff mentioned that they are understaffed, with one employee handling everything, which appears to be the main issue. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory, and I believe management should address this problem to improve efficiency.
