I have been to this location multiple times before, but my experience on December 28, 2025 around 5pm was very disappointing. I queued properly to order at this place, while I was clearly next in line, another customer who arrived after me was served first. When staff finally started taking my order and we were already speaking, a previous customer walked back to the counter with cash to buy more items, and the staff chose to serve him instead of continuing with my order. I had an amazing experience at Hellcrust Pizza in Metrotown! The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh dough, lots of toppings, and perfectly melted cheese.
