Decided to try Chatime Bubble Tea after a long time and was happy to see Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea on the menu. Ordered it and it was excellent — rich, well-balanced, and very satisfying. The store is conveniently located inside Square One, and the staff were friendly during my visit. Will definitely be back.

The bubble tea is always good but the service is pretty bad and today specifically was a particularly negative experience. Grabbed my drinks and before I got the chance to even put the straw in, one of the plastic cups split and I looped back to see if they’d be able to remake it for me since it all spilled out. Took about 10 minutes for the worker to acknowledge that I was there, and then when I showed her the cup and asked if there’s any chance for a remake she rudely said no, without even asking what/how it happened. I had already waited over 10 minutes and didn’t feel like arguing so I ord

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered the Barbie collab drink and they did not have the dragonfruit to make it but didnt tell me till after they made and gave me the drink. Instead of a pretty pink shimmer drink I got this pee tea. Ruined my whole day and mood. On top of that with no line ahead of us they took ages to get themselves sorted and took over 30 minutes to make a trash drink.
