I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing bubble tea experiences I’ve had. I ordered the limited time Ube Matcha with oat milk, 50% sugar, 50% less ice, and added pearls. The drink cost close to $12, so I was expecting something premium. Instead, it was a huge letdown. Chatime Bubble Tea is a reliable go-to for bubble tea. Ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, and it was satisfying as always—consistent quality you can expect from any Chatime location. The place itself is spacious, which is a nice plus, and the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. A solid option when you’re craving bubble tea without any surprises.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Tell me why I can't get 0 ice in the 2 for $10 drinks? Every other Chatime location I've been to lets you adjust the ice for the promo. Not this one! Because they don't want to give you more tea so they can save their resources :D Pictured is a roasted milk tea and if you are a regular customer at Chatime, you'll notice that it's so translucent and pale. They were nice in explaining the drinks but ultimately it wasn’t worth the price . I got roasted milk bubble tea. There was no tea flavor, the boba wasn’t the best texture and tasted kinda earthy. I would skip this and try another spot
