The food was amazing. We had Chicken tikka, beef sheek kabab, chicken kasuri keema with paratha. The parathas are big enough. All items were good but we also had kheer and tea. Won’t recommend these two. Ambience is okay, not too great. Service was nothing special as it got busy after we ordered and there was only one server, but she was very nice.

Really terrible experience at Pakwan. The service here was incredibly slow. We had to wait far too long just to get acknowledged and served. We were told they were slow because they were busy, but there were like 4 people in the restaurant. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a timely meal. edit: The owner responded claiming the back room was busy and that they "make no apologies" for the wait. As a customer sitting in the main area, all we saw were empty tables and zero service. Being busy with takeout shouldn't mean dine-in guests are completely ignored. Customers deserve tr

We had a bad experience with placing a catering order with Pakwan Restaurant. They agreed on a price and 24hrs later they called back and increased the price by 70% with no regrets nor an accommodating attitude. We were willing to come to a middle ground even though it was their mistake but they were not flexible at all. Poor customer service and business ethics! We ended up cancelling the order.

Recently, we visited Pakwan House for a dine-in experience. We ordered 2 steamed rice, mutton korma, 2 naans, and French fries. One of the staff, a friendly girl, suggested that one portion of rice would be enough for two people. Unfortunately, it wasn’t sufficient, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. The mutton korma had a good consistency, but it lacked salt, which impacted the flavor. As for the fries, they didn’t seem worth the price.
