The dishonesty in them is crazy. One day they will tell you its halal one day it is not halal. Me personally do not consume halal meat since its a Islamic ritual meat. I decided to order a veggie bowl instead but, to my surprise there was a fly trapped in the rice. Do better like how more bad my experience can be. First the meats halal then a fly in my bowl.

How have I not given these guys a review yet?! I have been ordering TDC meal prep for years! The food is consistently delicious and affordable. When life gets overwhelming, I can count on my TDC meals to take the burden of shopping, cooking and cleaning off my plate. Healthy, too. Par has always been an absolute delight to correspond with. I was SO happy to learn they deliver to maple ridge when I moved out here. I can't live without Training Day Cafe! (I only gave atmosphere a 4/5 bc last time I was actually in their shop, they had nowhere to sit or wait. Not a very welcoming/ comfortable set

Real healthy stuff here — except for the sauces lol. As you can see in photo, just a tad too much, wished they either put less or on the side. Nevertheless, the chipotle sauce was yummy and good portions. Love the option of brown rice or quinoa. Definitely will come here again, my first time. Decent value for 6 ounces of chicken so go for the large. Amex approved. Lots parking in this mini-plaza.
