Around 5pm on Thursday, March 12, 2026, I walked into this location expecting a quick meal. Instead, I got a masterclass in incompetence. Kid spills orange juice everywhere; manager stomps out, glares at the puddle like it insulted her mother, then just walks away. No cleanup, no apology, nothing. Floor stayed a sticky death trap the whole time. Finally get my food and they straight-up forgot the NHL Star Sticks that came with the meal. Worst McDonald store ever! Used to order from mobile app and curb side picked, after parking the car, app showed that no space for parking, had to go inside. After going in, stuff said did not receive my order but charged my money. When I told them I had no time to wait for them to redo my food and asked for refund, the stuff told me go to the app and get refund. I finally had to go to my credit card company to dispute it. Second time order am delivery, paid for $60+ food for my kids and they delivered someone else’s order. Called this location and stuff told me to call Ubereats!!! Can you bel

This is how they "fill" their fries. By the time you get home it's too late! So frustrating. French fries were placed in bag upright (so none "fell out"). Absolute waste of money. I live near here so go often enough to know that this is NORMAL at this location.

Very disappointing that the staff can never get mobile orders correctly, especially when there are promotions happening. During the World Cup giveaway, we ordered two meals that we were supposed to get two promo cups each (4 total), and only got one in the bag. Why are we paying extra for already overpriced food, and not getting what we paid for?
