Earls Kitchen + Bar This popular Western Canadian franchise location, right along Highway 16 in Calgary, still has that classic Earls feel to it. I used to work at one of the original Edmonton locations years ago, and this restaurant immediately reminded me of those stores. Sitting in a booth at the back of the bar, the sight lines through the restaurant were excellent and really highlighted the original design and atmosphere that I miss about the Earls chain. Wow! Blown away by the staff at this location, front desk was so welcoming and our server Hannah was kind, attentive and provided amazing drink recommendations for me and my younger sister. She seems like an incredible server and Im glad she served us today. My dad was amazing by the quality of the espresso martini and was grateful that the manager came to check on our table.
