Me and my family ate here to celebrate my brothers birthday, the service was amazing and the waitress (Aimée), though was struggling had done an amazing job to accommodate us. For someone to work on her own, she did an amazing job and was such a star. The food was brilliant and just beautiful, the whole experience was just amazing and would definitely go here again and be served by the same waitress.

We were visiting Caen for a short trip and spent the morning exploring William the Conqueror's castle. By the time we made it to the city centre for lunch, we'd arrived a little too late — service was over. That's when the staff at Bar'Baque stepped in. Rather than turning us away, a kind member of the team offered to fire up the barbecue just for us. That gesture alone made our day.
