Had lunch here in a Sunday. It’s a small place, recommended to make reservation. The service was fast, waited a while for our food to be served The seasoned zucchini and sautéed potatoes were well salted and cooked to perfect softness that I like. The sautéed potato had a slight char that brings about a special flavour We had the 380g Classic Gordon Bleu and 400g one with honey snd cheese. Both servings were huge and well crusted. The mushroom with munster cheese elevated the dinning experience. Love the play of texture and flavours in the mouth. Truly enjoyed our lunch

We came because of the Cordon Bleu but this can be improved. It's pork and not veal and pork escalop was not fully fried at the edges (see pic) Service, ambient and side dishes are good. Expecting more for this prices

This is a must in Colmar, unfortunately only with reservations, but believe me you won’t regret, as the name suggests their speciality is Cordon Blue, they have several options and in different ways but I recommend go for the classic one with any of the two sauces available, the side dishes are just perfect, the vegetables, French fries are absolutely to die for!!! 5/5 and definitely every time in Colmar you must go! Staff is really friendly and willing to help you with anything!

2024: Super ! We googled and find this small local ...food is excellent...chef is so kind and also the other staff ... I would go again and again each time I'm in Colmar ... highly recommend...
