Sur les tables des Pipelettes, pas de carte mais un menu unique élaboré le jour même. La cheffe Laetitia Sarthou laisse libre court à son inspiration et propose des plats créés selon ses trouvailles sur les étals du marché et selon ce que lui propose ses producteurs.

I loved the use of seaweed in the first and last course. The two fish courses were delicious, and the lamb course was some of the best I have ever had. The dessert course was incredible- strawberries were amazing, exquisite, in both the sorbet and the little tart. Portions are appropriate for the number of courses. Good wine selection, with at least one half bottle offered. I would go back in a heartbeat.
