Rolands Popenkovs★★★★★Exceptional lunch spot just off the riverside in the centre of city. Menu is short but the food is on point with interesting and creative ingredients and flavours. Good prices for the portion sizes and the tastiness of dish (15-18€), service was really friendly and our lack of french was not a problem. Cesar salad was really special as were the lamb ribs (in pictures). Really good choice of wine per glass (3.5€) and interesting house cocktail list though we didn’t try any.
