My partner and I were told to visit Gaia by a lovely gent working at the hotel we were staying at and I'm so pleased that we listened! The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and our waiter was friendly and fun. We ordered a steak with the addition of flambadou (I'll let you discover what that is!) and a steak tartare. As delicious as the tartare was, I really wish I had gone for what my partner had...it was truly the best steak I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot!) We also had wine and bubbles and the total bill was excellent value for money. If we ever return to Narbonne, we will defin
