The sushi was generously served, as was the salad. Everything was fresh. The sushi rice leaned toward sweet, which balanced my liberal application of soy and Wasabi. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to farmed salmon, which can't compare with the buttery texture of the real thing. I'd recommend to reduce the portion size and zero in on balance of ingredients. Next time I'll try the cooked options!
