I had such a disappointing experience at Block House with my family. All it takes is one bad moment/experience at a restaurant and it can ruin the entire meal, and that’s what happened to me today. My family and I were celebrating a birthday, and it was some of our first time eating at this restaurant. We rarely go out to eat and only do so on special occasions. Our personal server was really nice, I don’t remember her name but she was understanding when I explained the situation after. Everything was going well until our food came out. Another server was disgustingly disrespectful to me and
