I’ve been spending a a few days in Fulda and I’ve had the chance to dine at Hessisch Canada two times over the past week. Last week I had the grilled salmon. It was grilled to perfection, with a nice char on the outside and flaky moist flesh on the inside. This week, I had their standard burger. It was juicy without being greasy, and perfectly cooked. Due to a job change, I will likely be visiting Fulda multiple times in the future. Hessisch Canada will be my go to Place. The food is exceptional with a great menu. The food was served quickly and tasted great! The restaurant owner was incredibly kind and respectful, and the atmosphere was open, cozy, and very welcoming. With the burger, you can choose your own side, and we also ordered the Canadian classic, poutine. The portions were huge, we practically rolled out of the restaurant afterward! Everything about this place was lovely, and overall, it was a fantastic evening. Highly recommended!

The canadian Burger was killer. Best burger aI had in years. We ate here the other day and had to come back for more. My wife had the Chicken on a stick with salad. That was also excellent. Dressing delicious and the chicken juicy and tender. Cooked perfect. The place made us feel like we were back home with the pictures and hockey stuff on the walls.
