Tante Emmilie, in a quiet spot just up from Braunschweig's Altstadt Market, offers a warm friendly welcome and well-prepared breakfast/brunch grub in the German style. Excellent cooked-to-order soft-scrambled eggs, varieties of hams, jams and spreads, and, of course, very good bread. Prosecco if you want, too. Convivial and relaxing.
