I had beef wrapped in "la lot" leaves and fried chicken wings. I think I would have enjoyed the beef more if they had various herbs served with it. Understandably it is still winter and fresh Vietnamese herbs are hard to find and expensive. Chicken wings were small and overcooked and quite tasteless but crispy. What was surprising and shocking was I told the server 10% tip for a bill of 29,70 Euros but he helped himself to a 5 Euros tip instead of 3 Euros. I discovered this once I got home. Food was so good! Phi was very authentic. I liked that you had to put the meet in the broth and let it cook vs the pho’s that already have the meat in it. However, service was slow but servers were polite and food made up for it
