Understandably it is still winter and fresh Vietnamese herbs are hard to find and expensive. Chicken wings were small and overcooked and quite tasteless but crispy. What was surprising and shocking was I told the server 10% tip for a bill of 29,70 Euros but he helped himself to a 5 Euros tip instead of 3 Euros. I discovered this once I got home. One thing I noticed that the prices for noodles soups were a few Euros higher than other places in
