Beautiful atmosphere very close to the main part of downtown, but far enough away making you feel like you’re in another place. It’s right on the edge of the forest close by many hiking trails. There are many tables and umbrellas set up. The staff was very friendly. The side salad was fresh and good, my main dish was too heavy. It was asparagus potatoes and vegetables, but the hollandaise and cheese took away from the other flavors. The food got lost in the heavy cream. I would definitely go back to enjoy the atmosphere and drinks and maybe try to find a dish that’s not so heavy.

This was some of the best food I've had in Germany, even my 2yr old ate most of her food. The beer garden is beautiful and there are shaded areas, and a fenced play area for kids. The inside seating also looked great. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the baby changing station was clean and accessible. The service was prompt and very polite, and spoke English, and offered English menus. 10/10 , I recommend and will definitely will be back.

Nice atmosphere & excellent food. Service was also amazing! Pictured is the grilled vegetable salad, which came with a side of cheesy scalloped potatoes. The patio is nice when the weather permits. Would recommend.
