We went there for the first time on Sunday, based on a recommendation. The concept is great: ordering five dishes per person every 15 minutes via tablets. The time allotted is sufficient. The sushi was amazing. Unfortunately, some of our ordered items only arrived after 25-30 minutes, and even then, only after we asked. A bad example: we received rice, but the sauces and meat we ordered never arrived. The rice was already cold by the time the rest of the food finally arrived after we asked. Some items were simply forgotten. Overall, we got the impression that the concept isn't fully developed

We spontaneously went to Hewe on Friday evening. It wasn't particularly busy. We were greeted warmly, and after opting for the all-you-can-eat option, we were given an iPad with which we could order five small dishes per person every 15 minutes. We initially thought this might be a bit long, but it was actually ideal. We were surprised by the quality of the food. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious. The torpedo prawns and the beef with onions are highly recommended. It does cost a few euros more than the surrounding Chinese buffets, but I think you can tell why, as everything consisten
