We visited Bratwurstherzl in Munich close to closing time, as we arrived late and most other places were already shut. Despite that, we were warmly welcomed and seated without any hesitation. We started with the grilled sausages served with sauerkraut, which were tasty and satisfying. We then ordered the roast pork with potato dumplings, and that dish truly stood out—the pork was flavorful and the dumplings were excellent. This is an original place to visit, truly. Its a sanctuary for all the meat lovers you could possibly find in Bayern. There is a kitchen (desserts and basic dishes) and a grill place with a fantastic grillman (an Asian, he does a fantastic job grilling the meat!), the atmosphere is cozy and it is pretty chill to just talk together, not to mention the drinks - they have the tastes you could possibly dream of. The apfelstruder was not less than I've expected, it was so extravagant and tasty! Solid 10/10, because of how good it truly was! Recommend visiting anytime soon you live in Munich.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor: the gentleman serving us was quite rude and gave the impression of throwing things at us rather than serving us properly. The experience started off badly because of that alone. As for the food, it was also far below expectations.
