A typical Bavarian place with traditional meals. Been here a couple of times and will always visit when in Passau. Traditional atmosphere, friendly staff and genuine Bavarian meals. Visited it in summer and in winter and experienced both realities. In summer it can be packed with a lot of demand, though we were lucky to get a table outside, and in winter it is quiet with a local atmosphere, as most of the customers are locals. If you got to Passau, please don't skip coming here and have some local food specials. Eating here is a must. We ate here twice (we stayed for two nights in Passau) and whatever we chose from the menu was amazing. Tasty, for the eye and mouth. We were lucky it did not rain so we were sitting outside. This is a must visit place for food.
