Service was fantastic and they were very accommodating for English speakers. The atmosphere was especially warm and cozy after walking around Passau in the winter (the warm and fresh smell of the burger patties makes it even better). The food is also fantastic. Everything is freshly cooked right as it is ordered and it doesn't take long for the food to come (even if they are full). I got the classic cheese and the burger patty is so juicy and well seasoned, bread is nicely toasted so there's a slight crunch and the fries are also freshly cooked so it comes very hot.
