Upon arrival I was welcomed with a smile. The restaurant was a bit busy but my drink was on the table within 5 minutes; ... and my meal was served relatively quickly. The restaurant is a bit pricey. I visited this recently , and I was really disappointed with the service. First, no one welcomed us properly when we arrived. Then, after we sat down, it took a while before anyone came to our table. They brought the menu and just placed it on the table without saying anything. Nobody came to check on us during the meal, and even when we tried to call or wave at the staff, they didn’t make eye contact or respond. It felt like they were ignoring the customers. We were there over the weekend, and the restaurant was full, so we had to wait a bit—but it was absolutely worth it. The food was amazing. We were warmly welcomed and asked twice if everything was good or if we needed anything. At the end, we were also served a nice black tea on the house, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Definitely going there again!!
