The renovated dining room at Le Jardin de Joël Robuchon feels more intimate and elegant without being overly extravagant. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. They take pride in sharing details about the dishes and the restaurant, which really elevated the overall experience. Went for the 3-course lunch ($980) with the additional signature caviar dish (+$920). Every dish was beautifully plated and delivered flavours with genuine sophistication and finesse. A meal that reminded you why Robuchon remains in a class of its own. The best Michelin dining experience I have had in Hong Kong recently and worth every single penny. I have no doubt they will regain their 3 stars in no time. Can't wait to be back!

First visit after renovation. I booked the bar table by mistake which is not bad. I like the a la cart tasting portion which I like. Signature bread basket as usual. But not my preference because I like bread being served time to time when they are still warm and crispy. No dessert trolley when U are sitting at the bar table which I'm quite disappointed. Good thing is not like other fine restaurants they have many choices to choose.

Lovely Robuchon location in the Elements mall in Hong Kong. Subway stop is Kowloon Station. We went for afternoon tea and ended up ordering a crepe and a roll up; check out the photos, very artful. And tasty! Worthy of the Robuchon name, my wife and I liked it a lot. We had been before for desserts, and now I can say that the normal menu is equally delicious! Take a date, that’s my recommendation ❤️

Dining at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Hong Kong is always a memorable experience, and this visit was no different in terms of food quality and presentation. Every dish was beautifully arranged with great attention to detail, and the flavours were refined, balanced, and inventive — exactly what you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, each course showcased precision and artistry, delivering a genuine culinary experience. However, our seating arrangement had a minor downside. We were seated at the far end of the counter, which was quite quiet and somewhat separated from the main buzz of the dining area. Part of the appeal of sitting at the counter in Robuchon is being able to watch the chefs at work and enjoy the lively interaction between the kitchen and guests. Unfortunately, from our position, we couldn’t see much of what was happening behind the counter, which diminished a bit of that signature "L’Atelier" experience. One pleasant surp

My family and I were recently in the Vegas restaurant in December and were excited to give the HKG a try. Unfortunately, our visit in HKG was less than stellar due to our main waiter having a chronic cough. We witnessed spittle fall unto our desserts, our silverware was dirty, 8 courses took 4hrs to complete, they did not explain two of the dishes served, mixed my sparkling water with still and didn’t correct. Positives: the wine pairing was impressive. At over 3kUSD the little things matter.

Dinner at the just renovated Joël Robuchon Hong Kong branch to try the Signature Menu 8 dishes, each dish is the climax. 1️⃣ Homemade bread basket First of all, especially to praise the bread here fresh just baked, once the lid has smelled vanilla and wheat, bite super loose, crispy outside and soft inside, with butter together is really great, people can not help but want to order more pieces, appetizing and high quality. 2️⃣ Parsley and white truffle gondola The white truffle aroma is super strong, served with crisps, the first bite is already amazing. The palate is layered, with truffle and vanilla flavors enhancing each other, simple but extremely highlighting the flavor of the ingredients themselves. 3️⃣ Sologne Imperial caviar with Alaskan king crab This dish is very signature, the preparation process is extremely complicated, and it looks like a work of art. Savory caviar, cold lobster soup, cauliflower cream, with king crab meat sweet and tender, full of freshness, the two

I brought my girlfriend for pre valentine’s dinner .. the food is much too salty and the cake we ordered is just too sweet . ( To be fair, they took the salty food off the bill ). Vegan selection is too few . Overall the food is much below expectations. The service was quite good from the waiters and manager but the worst part was they spelt my girlfriend’s name wrongly on the cake ( I am quite sure I spelt it correctly for them ) . Overall it isn’t a nice experience for us. I don’t think we will go there again unless they are major improvements…

I visited Robuchon on the first week of the reopening. When I arrived the interior was redecorated and redesigned completely, actually it was a whole different area. The food was quite good with lots of creativity, but lacked some speed in service, and a little bit of the taste. There wasn’t much to say as I’m not an expert at anything, except that the service was decent as all ways, even though I thought the atmosphere could be a bit better like the original. I still enjoyed my time there, and would recommend you to visit some time.
