Visited the Victorian Brunch at Conrad and it’s easily one of the biggest & swankiest brunch spreads in town. Absolutely loved the variety — from freshly baked breads, artisanal dips & live pancake stations to premium cheeses, elegant tea selections and decadent desserts. The Fish & Chips was a standout for me, and I also enjoyed the Calcutta-inspired dishes paying tribute to the Queen’s Indian capital. The spread is massive, the ambience feels luxurious and the overall experience makes it perfect for a relaxed Sunday indulgence. A brunch experience worth trying at least once ✨

Went for a birthday celebration. The initial plan was indian restaurant at Conrad but we eventually ended up selecting this buffet place. I must say that food is very well prepared and they get you anything you want in case you are not satisfied. The only problem is ambience, I think for the quality of hotel, restaurant it is pretty plain with not a very elevated feeling. Also, they have inflated the prices to accommodate Swiggy diners offer (50% off) and I think that results in deal hungry customers booking slots very early and not the best in-person experience.

One of the most amazing hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options from all over the world. There was also an impressive selection of egg dishes — even more than in many European hotels. A special mention to Malay and Mero, who are absolutely amazing — both very friendly, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay. Weekend Buffet at Caraway Kitchen: A Fresh Concept with Room to Refine Visited Caraway Kitchen for their weekend buffet lunch and had an overall pleasant experience, along with a few observations worth sharing. At the entrance, the staff warmly welcomed us and explained the updated buffet format. Instead of the traditional large spread, only three live counters were operational. The remaining dishes could be ordered from a curated menu and were prepared on request. We were told this shift was driven by two key factors: operational efficiency and the hotel’s sustainability goals, particularly reducing food wastage. On paper, it’s an interesting evolution of the five-star buffet model: combining variety with made-to-order freshness. The intent is commendable. That said, in practice, it felt like the sustainability objective may not be fully achieved yet. I had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to the Mr.Ajar who attended our table. From the moment we arrived, he was polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He had a great understanding of the menu, patiently answered all our questions, and even gave thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be excellent choices. What stood out most was his attention to detail—our table was always clean, water glasses were refilled on time, and he checked in just enough to ensure we were comfortable without being intrusive.
