This place is all about the amazing rooftop view and the overall vibe. The view of Jama Masjid from here is absolutely beautiful, and if you love clicking photos, you’ll definitely enjoy this spot because the pictures turn out really well. The food was also quite good, with decent portions and nice presentation. The atmosphere feels relaxed, making it a good place to sit back, enjoy your meal, and spend some quality time with friends or family. Even though the streets below are busy, the rooftop has a different charm altogether. A perfect combination of good food, great views, and a nice ambience. Definitely one of the best places in Old Delhi for both food and photography.

Recently, I visited Gumbad Cafe near Jama Masjid. We waited about 30-45 minutes. After moving on 4 floor I found the atmosphere was unimpressive, average. The main attraction seemed to be the view of Jama Masjid and the chance for Instagram photos. As for the food, it was quite ordinary. We ordered Alfredo pasta and paneer pizza. This location is truly magnificent; I encourage you to visit and appreciate the scenic beauty from the terrace, which offers a view of Jama Masjid and the expansive sky. The optimal time to visit is during the winter season, when you can enjoy a cosy bonfire. Although the venue is somewhat expensive, every penny spent is justified by the overall experience. I highly recommend visiting this place to enjoy its splendid ambience.

I recently visited Gumbad Cafe near Jama Masjid. I really liked the interiors and ambience, and the location near Jama Masjid makes it even more beautiful. It had a nice small cosy environment. I couldn't see the outside sitting since it was a little time left for it to open. We had All Green Pizza which was good. But the service was really slow. It took almost 20-25 minutes. We could have ordered more but the service timing made us to leave just after having the pizza. Other than this, I liked everything else. Hoping to also sit in the rooftop sitting and expecting more faster service next time.

Found Gumbad Cafe on social media, and came here with a group of 7 family members. There was no entry fee when we went, 17th of January. The view of Jama Masjid is stunning, with a nice ambience. Easily able to speak to each other with music playing in the background. The food was good, however the portion sizes were a bit small given the price of each dish. The service was perfect, very attentive wait staff.
