Visited Mumbai for official visit and had an opportunity to taste few dishes (Chicken Kashmiri and Chicken Nawabi) here with limited time on hand. All I can say the dish tasted delicious. Environment inside the restaurant is completely neat and clean, well mannered staff and I see the incharge of restaurant itself used to greet and serve customers that is appreciated. Though the restaurant is in the middle of a crowded area,but you won't feel any exhausted when entering here. I recommend to try any of their dishes once you visit. We went there after a quick shopping at Crawford Market. The food was absolutely amazing. The service were very quick and full of smiley face from the waiters. The price was pretty cheap with a very good quality of food. The atmosphere was very busy with a quick turn offer, people queued for a table. A recent attempt at the Chicken Seekh Kabab and Tawa Paratha proved to be a major disappointment, lacking the flavor profile one expects from such an established name. While the Chicken Kheema in Green Masala offers a saving grace with its well-balanced, mild spices, the overall lack of variety in the tawa and grill sections forced a pivot to basic Dal Rice just to round out the meal. Ultimately, this iconic spot now functions better as an emergency food option rather than a dining destination. I visited this restaurant , and it was quite overcrowded at the time of our visit. We ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani, Chicken Masala with Roti, and Thread Chicken. The taste of the food was good. The roti was soft and fluffy, which was a pleasant surprise and tasted nice with the chicken masala. The thread chicken was also ok. Overall, the experience was okay.
