Cosa dice la gente

My elder brother and me visited. The food was excellent. The ambience was cozy and the service was exemplary. Loved their leg of lamb which was absolutely delicious. Thank the helpful staff for their services.
The food was very underwhelming tbh. Did not expect this from a cafe located at fort area. Could use some improvement. Aesthetics of the cafe were okayish.
Good food, prompt service and decent menu for evening office crowd as well as family with kids. Ambience has old world charm and a touch of nostalgia though the decor can benefit from a bit of facelift. The music was nice and pleasant, not for those who like it loud and punchy

Mocambo Cafe is one of those old-school restaurants in Fort that still carries a bit of its classic Bombay charm. On this visit, we ordered the Royal Chicken, King Solomon Steak (medium-rare), Brain Egg Fry, along with a portion of Pimento Rice. The King Solomon Steak was well cooked to medium-rare, just as requested, and was good. The Royal Chicken was rich and flavourful, with well-cooked chicken in a creamy gravy, although the tomato base came through slightly tangier than expected. It was still one of the highlights of the meal. The Brain Egg Fry was good as well, with a nicely spiced onion and masala mix. Portion-wise, I did feel the need to order additional rice (Pimento Rice) to go along with the Royal Chicken, as the accompanying portion was quite limited. The ambience is fairly simple and leans more towards a functional, old-style restaurant setting rather than anything particularly modern or upscale. Service, however, was prompt and efficient throughout. Pricing is slig

Lam Sizzler was smoky, juicy, and packed with flavor. The Napolitano Pizza had a perfectly crisp base with fresh toppings, while the Seafood Lasagna was creamy, rich, and comforting. Finished it off with a refreshing Virgin Pina Colada that was smooth, tropical, and the perfect balance to the meal. 🍕🥘🍹

A very nice place to enjoy continental cuisine. The location is on the corner of a busy road where finding a parking for even a two wheeler is impossible. I have given 1 star less for the place looks run down and crammed up due to a mezzanine floor constructed in the same property. All this makes up for the relatively economically priced dishes.

It was one of those unexpected October showers — the kind that makes the whole city slow down. While searching for a place to escape the rain, we wandered into this charming, old-school gem: Mocambo Café in Fort. Established way back in 1960, the place has this warm, vintage vibe that instantly pulls you in. Dim lights, retro décor, tiny corner tables — it feels like time just pauses for a moment. And the food? Absolute comfort. They serve some of the most delicious Italian and Chinese dishes, the kind that remind you why classic cafés never go out of style. Cozy, nostalgic, and full of character — Mocambo Café turned a rainy day into the perfect little discovery.” Follow our food journey on Instagram @trio_onafoodjourney

This unique Cafe in Fort is famous for Italian dishes. We tried Farmers Fresh Lasagne which I found average as it was way to Creamy and cheesy. Chinese Friess was good but could have been better. Quarter Pound Mutton Burger was really good for the price.
