Ordered a matcha latte and received milk with a tiny bit of “oiled matcha”, like the worst matcha “we cannot call this matcha”. The worst is the staff doesn’t care despite explaining that this wasn’t a match. Won’t recommend this place

Now is Saturday 2nd May at 13.45 Very unprofessional staff at the till, especially the tall girl who was rude and refused to give me her name. This girl forced me to pay an extra €6 for the item which I didn't order. After finally I have got my money back, and received no apology, they asked me to pay for another items which I never ordered! Probably most unprofessional staff from the all cafee shops I ever been before. Do not recommend this Costa at all to anyone

I recently bought a small hot chocolate drink from them, and I was asked if I want marshmallows… I said ‘yes, everything’, and when I check my bill, I was charged €2.25 extra, that’s 75c each for marshmallows, cream, chocolate chips. I think when they ask customers if they want any extra, they better ask like ‘would you like cream for extra 75 cents?’, just to make it clear.
