The drink was nice and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained, but to describe the ordering process as anything other than disgusting would be an understatement. I waited three minutes before my order was taken, after asking a gentleman who was in front of the till and had been going through stock for that 3 minutes if I could order. Instead of simply saying he didn't take orders and ask a barista to take the order he responded with "Does it Look like I work here? Am I wearing the uniform?" While shouting mind. Okay yes fair enough you aren't but your stood in front of the till, beh

A lovely spacious Costa coffee shop with indoor & limited outdoor seating that is in a prime location to both the high street, plus pier & seafront of Weston super mare, they sell a wide range of hot & cold beverages as well as a selection of sandwiches, panini's & snacks plus delicious looking cakes & biscuits, I ordered a medium hot chocolate from the friendly staff member who then made my drink to perfection.

Always a lovely visit to this Costa. The decor is lovely, the store is always clean and tidy and the toilets are clean and fresh! Plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside which go very quickly, especially on hot days! Staff are friendly and efficient. Great little addition to Weston Super Mare.

Went in after a long shift to get a coffee for my partner on my way home, ordered a large vanilla extra hot cappuccino. As a costa worker myself I was extremely disappointed at the standards I was met with. I was served by a tall brunette boy who took my order with no incentive, simply allowed me to scan my costa card and used my free drink without asking. He proceeded over the the machine, didn’t purge the steam arm before or after - didn’t even wipe it. His tamping was messy, and his milk was burnt, meaning when I took the lid off my drink it looked like the below. Extremely disappointed. Pe
