La Prosciutteria Bologna is located in the very center of Bologna and is well known among locals. Based on its strong ratings and recommendations, I decided to visit. Prices are reasonable and fair for the location. The service, however, is very basic and mostly self-service. You place your order at the counter and have to pick up your food yourself. Perhaps this is simply their style — eating with wooden cutlery and a more informal, rustic concept. A M A Z I N G Real Italian taste of everything! When you imagine about an Italian food and drink experience, this is it! . Lots of different sandwiches with the toscan schiaccata bread, apperitivos and good wine variety. So good. Chilled place to sit, inside and out, and the food is out of this world good. The porchetta no2 was historic. The sharing boards equally as good. The wine selection sublime. If you’re in hurry. Use the fast hatch. Advice - visit this place for a late lunch and enjoy the food and wine for an hour or two. You will love it.
