You can feel the whole history of the place just by looking around; walls full of memories and stories. 💬 Service The staff were very welcoming. Your typical Italian warmth enthusiasm. ⭐ Overall: 5/5 What a great find. We stumbled upon it while randomly walking through the neighborhood, and it turned out to be one of the best restaurant in Turin.

Caffe' Vini Emilio Ranzini is the kind of place that hasn't changed in decades, and long may it stay that way. This tiny, no-frills "piola", i.e. traditional, rustic, and popular tavern or wine bar, is popular among locals and tourists alike. And for good reason. The space is small: a handful of tables inside, a few more in a little courtyard out back. No table service: you order at the bar, grab your wine, and they'll bring the food over when it's ready. No fuss, no ceremony. If you need a table, just ask; if the place is full, you wait. Be ready to share a table with strangers who will soon

Finding this place has been a highlight of my trip, and one of the best bars I’ve been in Europe. The place is cozy, fairly priced and good, the environment is full of locals who are very welcoming and the staff is kind and responsive. Ordering the Barbena 1/2 L and the farmaggio were awesome decisions since the selection is amazing and the wine taste is so good. We went there 3 nights in a row in our stay into Turin and I’ll probably never get tired of telling friends to go visit and hang out there.

Food is simple but sensational. The atmosphere is divine! We found this place by chance. No English menu and non-speaking English. Two of us shared the table with the other two people so as to be able to fit in. 👍
