A very classic Chinese seafood dining experience at Restoran Green View. The restaurant still maintains that old-school banquet-style atmosphere with spacious seating, large round tables, and a lively family dining environment. Even during peak dinner hours, the service flow was still relatively organized and efficient. The standout dishes tonight were definitely the crab and lobster selections. The crab with rich gravy paired together with fried mantao was highly satisfying — the sauce was thick, savoury, slightly sweet, and worked extremely well with the bread. The lobster yee mee had good wok aroma and absorbed the seafood essence nicely without becoming overly soggy. The dry-style lobster dish was another highlight. Strong wok heat, fragrant fried shallots, curry leaves, and a slightly spicy savoury finish gave the lobster a very robust flavour profile. A Chinese seafood restaurant and it seems like many people come here for the sang har. I first visited during Chinese New Year for the usual Chinese cook to order dishes, and it left a very good impression even though we did not order any live seafood. On my second visit, the dishes were a bit hit and miss, but overall still enjoyable. The highlights were the steamed whole chicken, salted egg squid, and fried rice. Even the vegetable dishes were well cooked and nicely seasoned. Overall, a very decent place for Chinese food, especially if you are dining with a group and want a good variety of dishes.

Fantastic feast at Restoran Green View! We had an incredible spread for our group, and while a couple of items were just okay, the highlights were absolutely top-tier. The Absolute Must-Orders: - Poached Village Chicken with Kailan: Honestly one of my favorites of the night. Perfectly tender and flavorful. - Alaskan King Crab: The real showstopper. We had it two ways—Spicy Sweet Sour and Creamy Butter—and both were incredible. - Signature Sang Har Noodles: Massive prawns and perfectly executed. - Soon Hock (2kg): Prepared two ways (head steamed, tail fried), and both were delicious. - Salted Egg Fried Pumpkin: The perfect addictive starter to kick things off. A Couple of Notes: The Kam Heong Fried Sea Clams were unfortunately a bit overcooked, and the Dragonball Beancurd was just "so-so" for me, but the chicken and the rest of the seafood more than made up for it. We had a full and satisfying lunch in a private room in Restoran Green View in Petaling Jaya. Exceptional quality for the Sang Har Noodles (prawn noodles) which is their must-try signature dish. Prawns are fresh, huge and flavourful. Other seafood dishes are equally amazingly fresh. It is very suitable for a large group of friends / family members for celebration / special occasions. You could contact the Manager for their suggested menu based on your dietary preferences, restrictions and size. They are all very helpful and attentive.
