The food is absolutely delicious!! I would highly recommend the Taste of EDN which is a shared menu for 2 (be prepared, its a lot of food) which is an incredible value for money. This option is available when reserving online. My favourite dishes are the Salmon Tacos, Steak Tartar, Hummus, Dry Aged Beef with green vegetables. From the desserts, the chocolate pie and the cheesecake are delicious. 🥰 The staff are also very friendly and its such a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend booking during a weekday to avoid it being busy. 100/10!! Such an amazing experience!

WE ARE EDN is a lovely restaurant in Amsterdam (near Central Station). We enjoyed the tasting experience, which was a great way to try several dishes. The service was attentive, and the cozy atmosphere with soft lighting and candles on the table made the evening feel special. The waiter Flora was exceptionally friendly and helpful. 🫶 It’s also family-friendly, with a kids menu and pencils for colouring, which is a nice touch for children. 👍
