Had a fantastic dinner at El Gaucho in Enschede! I went with the Mixed Grill and it definitely did not disappoint. The variety on the plate was perfect, the steaks were grilled beautifully with distinct char marks but still juicy, and the spare ribs were tender with a great glaze. I really appreciated the presentation; the plating with the grilled pepper and the dots of red and green sauces (which tasted like a fresh chimichurri and a savory salsa) was a nice touch. The sides were generous too a big bowl of seasoned fries with mayo. I paired it with a Grolsch Weizen 0.0, which was refreshing
