Stephen Lewis★★★★★This place dates back to 1653 and tgr name translates into English as "The Gold Office". The place was busy with office parties but we were lucky that had a 'table for two'. The starter of bread with a selection of spreads/dips and the thinly-sliced smoked salmon with capers and dill wax just the best combination. We opted for the special burger, made from Itish beef, and it didn't disappoint. All rounded off with a coffee and shared tiramisu. A lovely setting with friendly staff and great service 🫶.
