We went in to grab a quick beer in the lounge area by the front windows. The atmosphere was lovely, and we had plenty of time to look at the decor because the waitresses were busy talking and ignored us until we went over to beg for service. The server failed to list all the beers so we didn't know they had our favorite kind until we saw it taken to a different table.

Slightly pricey but not out of range for the Netherlands. Great location right on Haarlem's central square. Come at 4 pm for happy hour when the entire town is at tables in the square, it seems like. Then stay for dinner. Great burgers.

Quite a nice cafe to stop by for a drink and some lunch. I particularly enjoyed the carpaccio bread and the cheese sticks, so if you stop by I would recommend you to trying those. The carpaccio bread has the perfect combination between truffle mayo, cheese, rucola and nuts. My only negative point of this place is that the fries are quite expensive considering the quantity that they give you. As for the service, the waitresses were nice and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy and modern.

Overpriced for the quality, tourists place due to the good fives and not that good food. We landed here by accident and it felt as a mistake from the first minute. Just it felt impolite to leave after we got treated by the staff. The staff was friendly just it didn’t feel genuine. The food was ok.. we didn’t send it back, but it was story less and tasteless when compared to all great food one can get in the area.
