We really enjoyed the eel on toast, pata negra, scallops, pork belly, and especially the gnocchi with cured ham and egg yolk. The salmon and pork starters were also beautifully balanced and full of flavor. We also tried the langoustines nicely prepared and fresh, though personally I tend to prefer shrimp or prawns when it comes to texture and flavor. Just a matter of taste!
