Melis Yrn★★★★We had a lovely dinner at Coco73 in Den Bosch! Instead of going for mains, we chose a variety of small dishes to share and it was such a fun and tasty experience. We really enjoyed the eel on toast, pata negra, scallops, pork belly, and especially the gnocchi with cured ham and egg yolk. The salmon and pork starters were also beautifully balanced and full of flavor. We also tried the langoustines nicely prepared and fresh, though personally I tend to prefer shrimp or prawns when it comes to texture and flavor. Just a matter of taste!
