Update: My issue happened because there was a miscommunication between the person working the register that day and the person who took my order. My beans were ready and waiting for me, but the barista wasn’t aware it had already been arranged. However, the owner Ghaith was very apologetic and went through the effort of fixing this mistake for me. I was able to pick up my ground beans from the cafe the day after.
