We had the pleasure of dining at Brezza several times during our honeymoon at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, and every experience was truly unforgettable. The food itself was excellent: beautifully presented, full of flavour, and consistently of the highest quality (we tried most of the menu and the lobster spaghetti was my favourite!). What really made our evenings so special, however, was our waiter Wingga. His warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations elevated each meal and made us feel genuinely cared for. He seemed to anticipate everything we might need, and his knowledge of the menu made trying new dishes an absolute delight. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and genuine, and we can honestly say our honeymoon dinners at Brezza would not have been the same without him. Thank you, Wingga, for making our time here so memorable. We cannot recommend Brezza, and Wingga, highly enough.

I am currently staying at the hotel, and me and my husband came to this restaurant today and it was fantastic. Our waitress I believe her name was Arshmel, she was delightful, very informative and friendly. Especially because I am a vegetarian I asked for something off the menu and she was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them here. They go out of their way to provide 5* service, the food quality and presentation was 10/10. We will definitely be returning. Thank you once again for having us today we will be returning again soon.

Had an amazing experience at Brezza! The appetizers, service, and ambience were all spot on. I ordered the steak, ravioli, homemade butter, and fresh bread—everything was so flavorful and well-prepared. The dessert was on another level—rich, perfectly balanced, and the best way to end the meal. The staff were all super kind and welcoming, and a special thanks to the chef for the incredible, authentic flavors. Also, shoutout to the manager, San Tiego, for making sure everything was perfect. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Staying at the hotel currently with my family, it’s our first dinner here. First, when we came in, the hostess didn’t know which table was booked for us, and when we chose where we wanted to sit - the table was not cleaned, so we had to wait in the middle of the restaurant disrupting the service flow. They offered us to sit at another table while our table was cleaned, which was just uncomfortable and messy. Then, when our food arrived, we ordered 3 mains, 1 starter, 1 mocktail and 1 glass of wine and the only thing that was good is the glass of wine (only because it’s impossible to mess up). After we finished eating, for good 30 minutes we were sitting with a table full of empty plates. On top of that, the acoustics in the restaurant are horrible - feels like you’re in a canteen, where you can hear every word spoken at every table. Together with the crying children was just a fantastic combination. Just very unfortunate.

The chef was not so forthcoming on spices added in the chicken. Definitely not italian in taste. The service was not prompt. One gentleman literally stood up from the table to get attention of service. Also the waiter did argue over the concept of regular v/s house water (very silly, kept the argument going) Although the place is supposed to be formal/semi formal, folks were playing UNO on the dinner table 🤣. 2 stars is for the great wine selection, ambience and nice gesture of cake for the b’day celebration.

I recently visited Brezza at Al Jumeria Muscat hotel, and although the setting was lovely and exclusive, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, despite being initially told the rooftop was fully booked, we found several vacant tables. The service was lacking; no one was available to seat us, and I had to seek out assistance at the bar. The food left much to be desired—my pasta was bland and lacked the authentic Italian flavors I anticipated, such as garlic and fresh tomatoes. The dessert menu was equally underwhelming. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful ambiance, I wouldn't return due to the subpar food and service.
