Cosa dice la gente

This has become our reliable stop whenever we finish dining around the Tomas Morato area. The cafe has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to chill. I ordered the Dirty Choco Latte, which has a familiar flavor profile similar to milo with milk, which I like.

An absolute gem in Timog! Cafe Roo has such a cozy and aesthetic vibe—perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing. The location is super convenient and easy to find, as you can see from the illuminated menu leading up the stairs. What we loved most was that the drinks aren’t overly sweet. The real flavors actually burst through, which is exactly how we prefer our beverages. The toppings on the drinks add a perfect crunch, too . But the real star of the show was the matcha tiramisu. It’s incredibly amazing—soft, creamy, and has just the right amount of matcha punch without being bitter. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great quality treats and a beautiful space!

If we’re talking aesthetics, Café Roo is easily on its way to becoming one of the most beautiful cafés in QC. From the moment you walk in, everything is thoughtfully curated, the interiors, and the ambiance. And it’s not just the space that’s stunning. The drinks look good and the pastries are picture-perfect. Café Roo isn’t just a place to grab coffee—it’s an experience.

Tried this café late at night thinking it would be quiet—but wow, it was the complete opposite. The place was still super busy and packed even past midnight 😅 Every table was full, people were still coming in, and there was a constant buzz all around. It definitely says a lot about how popular the café is. If you’re looking for a chill and peaceful spot, this might not be it—but if you enjoy a lively vibe, you’ll probably love it here. Tip: come earlier if you want a seat, or be ready to wait!

Aesthetic vibes, good service, and the absolute BEST sea salt latte! Seriously, if you haven’t tried their sea salt latte yet, you are missing out. It’s the perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and salty. Aside from the gorgeous rooftop and balcony setups, what really stands out is how good the service is. The staff are super accommodating especially Ate Melanie, serve everything fast even when it gets busy and everything nice!!. Def my new favorite hangout spot in Tomas Morato! 🙌 Thanks Ate Melanie for the GOOD SERVICE! 💚💚

Was curious trying a cafe roo branch since I saw the one at Taal to see what was all the hype about and it they didnt disappoint! Was able to the try dirty choco latte, iced einspanner and my go to choice of pizza, pepperoni bc what can go wrong with a classic? 😆 the pizza is bussin’ 🤤 I enjoyed the cheese pull! The coffee is great too! they have good baristas at the shop. Anyway, overall experience was great! The staff were accommodating, They have flexible payment methods (Card, Cash and QR) Though you may have to wait in line to get a table when its peak hours ( at night) Plenty of parking space around the area. parking is P50 for motorcycles not sure about cars though.

I definitely enjoyed the pastries. We visited on a Tuesday night so it was less crowded. I tried their chocolate croissants and it was around 160 pesos. Maybe they could try to serve those big pastries on a bigger plate, instead of a saucer, because we made a mess. The oat milk matcha latte was okay, I would probably try their signature drinks next time. The server at that time was nice and the drink was made quickly by the barista.

We've been to Oaktop a couple times and their food and drinks are really good. Service-wise, marami pang puwedeng i-improve including yung ibang servers na walang basic courtesy. I have been in the service industry for YEARS and I know how to be kind, courteous and respectful to my servers. But some people sa Oaktop, lalo si ate girl na naka Smirnoff Mule shirt last 06/15 (others were wearing their "Staff" shirts), was especially rude and snob.
