Cosa dice la gente

Good brew, tasty Alfredo pasta and juicy Porterhouse steak. House burger is a fail, mushy beef patty and egg on bun did not pair right. Cheeseroll and pumpkin soup was spot on. Overall, place is overrated.
The place is surprisingly very spacious with an event’s place, claw machine, and a photo booth inside. Perfect for big gatherings. They had a variety of cakes. The cheesecakes were splendid, but the coffee we had was quite unremarkable.

Topnotch ambiance and good food but serving isn’t as generous despite the price hike. Orders arrived on time though servers took time to get additional orders. Adobo pasta isn’t savory bordering on sweet. Pork tenderloin and kandle burger tasted great but serving is just ample. Side kamote fries were sweet and fresh. Their Cappuccino Coffee is aromatic and strong. E-payment is available and parking were aplenty but can get full easily. Overall it was a thumbs up experience.

We visited around 10 PM to meet a friend and really liked the warm, cozy atmosphere. Parking was easy as someone assisted us just as a spot opened up. The restaurant is spacious with both indoor and alfresco options, we chose to sit outside, which felt fresh and cool thanks to the surrounding plants. As for the food, it was just okay, nothing really stood out, but it wasn't bad either. Regarding the service, the staff's energy felt a bit indifferent, as if they were a bit unenthusiastic. We waited several minutes at the counter before being assisted, and our table was still wet when we arrived. While the food was served quickly, the water arrived awkwardly in the middle of our meal, which was unusual as it’s typically served first. 😅 Overall experience, 3/5.

Before picking up a cake nearby, we went to Kandle Cafe, a cafe with a solid reputation in the area and known for both its food and ambiance. The interior felt homey and warm, and since it is tucked a bit inside, outside noise was mostly kept out. We ordered the following: 1) Fish & Chips (₱450) + The fish was slightly sweet and tender. + The chips were better than mojos in our opinion, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. + The tartar sauce was creamy with a bit of tang, helping cut through the light oiliness of the batter. 2) Cheesy Piggy (₱365) / A bit overwhelming, but rich, decadent, and savory. While we didn’t ask, I wish there was an option to put the sauce on the side so you could adjust the cheesiness. + The brioche bread was light and fluffy, the ham was thick, and the egg added extra richness. 3) Iced - Salted Caramel Latte (₱195) + A well-balanced drink where you can taste both the saltiness and sweetness, with a good espresso kick. 4) Iced - Cheesecake Latte (₱195)

All the food that we ordered was great, including the drinks. We also loved the greenery ambiance of the place, and it’s a big plus that they’re pet-friendly. The overall experience was really nice, but I hope they’ll consider expanding their indoor dining area since it can get a bit limited during busy hours.

A nice place to spend time near our office with free and fast Wi-Fi, plenty of sockets, and a lot of people working here. Great salted caramel latte, friendly staff, and you can stay all day. I ordered the bacon breakfast (expected American bacon but didn’t like the taste), the chicken breast salad with naan was good, and the maki was okay. A bit pricey, but the atmosphere makes up for it.

Looking from the outside, Kandle looks abandoned in front, but once you enter the premises, they have a lot of areas to dine. They even have private rooms for intimate events. The area where we dine was private and nice - very rustic, but the glass walls made the noise echo a lot when there’s more than 20+ people talking at the same time. Maybe there’s a way to work on the acoustics of those rooms ☺️ Food is so-so. Wasn’t able to document our order, but price for the breakfast menu starts at ₱320. If you’re planning to dine with a big group, make sure to order in advance so you can eat altogether. We had ours given with 5-10mins gap. Total waiting time for my own meal was 20-30mins. Glad that we ordered an appetizer to munch. Service is 5⭐️! This is one of the reasons why we want to go back. Their staff is super friendly and very accommodating with our requests.
