I really recommend this coffee shop. It’s definitely a must-try. The drinks and food were so delicious. I especially liked the coffee, it wasn’t acidic at all and tasted really good. The place is quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing or even working. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus! Just don’t forget to bring a diaper and be a responsible furparent. The owner is also very nice, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great time and I’ll definitely be coming back.

100% would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a cozy place to hangout or study. Service is really good! The staff are attentive and the owner is very friendly. This cafe also offers a workshop where one can learn how to properly make coffee using various methods. I had a chance to attend their workshop and it was very fun (you get to make your own coffee at the end of the workshop and will receive a certificate). Will definitely go back here.

The D. Tuazon/Banawe area is slowly but surely becoming a third wave specialty coffee destination. Cabean Cafe joined the ranks of Second Mile, Prominent, and Firefly late last year and is a worthy contender. The coffee menu is quite exciting and unique with some out-there trendy drinks, like the OJ Espresso that I got. Despite the initial shock of the thought of putting these two very strong flavors together, the combo was surprisingly familiar - kind of like when you get juice AND coffee at a hotel breakfast buffet. I had a sip of the signature latte, which was good too, and makes me look forward to trying their other more standard fare. I'll have to get it with alt-milk options (tummy issues 😭) that they offer too. Yay! The ambiance and space is quite cozy and comfy, but with lots of room.
