Absolutely outstanding experience. We came here wanting to try an authentic Spanish paella, and it exceeded every expectation. The flavours were incredible, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the crispy rice on the bottom was unreal. The biggest shoutout goes to our waiter, Víctor. He was friendly, funny, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special from start to finish. He gave great recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and genuinely seemed to care that we had an amazing night. The paella was so good we fought through being completely full to finish almost all of it.

Amazing food, one of my favorite paellas ever. Highly recommend the black Angus, it’s got a super unique drier texture, and they actually burned the bottom for a Sofrito. The meat is super tender and flavorful, all in all a great experience. My only knock would be it took a while to get our drinks and appetizers ordered even though it was largely empty, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Really cool ambiance and interior design and clearly have some great meats available.

Phenomenal experience: from the atmosphere, to the service, to the food, can’t fault any aspect of our time here. Had the caviar, iberico ham, aged steak tartare, and the dry aged steak and rice. All fantastic. Staff were attentive and genuinely cared about our having a good time. Would happily come back.
