Had a fantastic meal at Bilbao Brasan. Started with scallops and white asparagus, both fresh and beautifully done. The hake in green sauce was full of flavor, and the ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. Finished with a creamy Basque cheesecake with blueberries and a great bottle of local Rioja. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, and clearly a place that cares about quality. Would happily go back.
